It means side given is Base
Let h be height then base would be h+6
Area of Triangle = 1/2 * Base * Height
Substituting the values, we get
260 = 1/2 * (h+6) * h
Solving we get, h2 + 6h - 520 = 0
Splitting middle term, h2 - 20h + 26h - 520 = 0
Solving, h(h-20) + 26(h -20) = 0
We get, (h-20) (h+ 26) = 0
So we get, h = 20 or h = -26
Height can not be negative hence h = 20 m
So side would be 20+6 = 26 m
Length of side is 26 m and height is 20 m
